(ZH) 一种芬顿催化剂及其制备方法和应用
Abstract:
(EN) A method for preparing a Fenton catalyst. The method comprises the following steps: a, grinding a precursor FeCl3·6H20 into a powder; b, sealing the precursor FeCl3·6H20 powder in a crucible; c, calcinating the crucible, in which the precursor ferric chloride powder was sealed in step b, in an oven; and d, naturally cooling the crucible calcined in step c to normal temperature, and taking out a solid formed by sintering at the bottom of the crucible and grinding the same into a powder, and washing and drying the powder. The method for preparing a Fenton catalyst has a short reaction time, mild conditions, uses few raw materials, and is easily applied in large-scale industrial production. The prepared catalyst has high applicability under pH values in Fenton reactions, and still has high catalytic activity under neutral pH conditions.
(FR) Un procédé de préparation d'un catalyseur de Fenton. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a, broyer un précurseur FeCl3·6H20 en une poudre; b, sceller la poudre précurseur FeCl3·6H20 dans un creuset; c, dans un four, calciner le creuset dans lequel la poudre précurseur de chlorure ferrique a été scellée à l'étape b; et d, refroidir naturellement le creuset calciné à l'étape c à température ambiante, extraire le solide formé par frittage au fond du creuset et le broyer en une poudre, laver et le sécher la poudre. Le procédé de préparation d'un catalyseur de Fenton possède un temps de réaction court, des conditions douces, utilise peu de matières premières, et peut facilement être appliqué dans une production industrielle à grande échelle. Le catalyseur préparé présente une applicabilité élevée sous des valeurs de pH dans des réactions de Fenton, et possède encore une activité catalytique élevée dans des conditions de pH neutre.
(ZH) 一种芬顿催化剂的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤,a将前驱体FeCl3·6H20研磨成粉末;b将前驱体FeCl3·6H20粉末置于坩埚中密封;c将所述步骤b中密封装有前驱体氯化铁粉末的坩埚置于烘箱中煅烧;d将所述步骤c中煅烧后的坩埚自然冷却至常温,将坩埚底部烧结形成的固体取出并研磨成粉末,清洗,烘干。该芬顿催化剂的制备方法反应时间短,条件温和,原料少,易于大规模工业生产,制得的催化剂在芬顿反应中,对pH值适用性强,在中性pH条件下仍然具有高效的催化活性。
