Abstract:
(EN) The present application provides a micro-fluidic device for enriching and separating rare cells from whole blood. A PDMS flexible microtube is used, and can be connected with a common commercial device by providing the PDMS flexible microtube an inlet and an outlet; the PDMS flexible microtube is configured to have a specific structure; flow parameters are controlled by the use of fluid mechanics principle to implement enrichment or separation of target granules and cells.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif microfluidique pour enrichir et séparer des cellules rares de sang total. Un microtube souple en PDMS est utilisé et peut être relié à un dispositif commercial commun par la réalisation, sur le microtube souple en PDMS, d'une entrée et d'une sortie; le microtube souple en PDMS est conçu pour présenter une structure spécifique; les paramètres d'écoulement sont régulés par l'utilisation d'un principe de mécanique des fluides pour mettre en œuvre l'enrichissement ou la séparation de granules et de cellules cibles.
(ZH) 本申请提供了一种用于从全血中富集和分离稀有细胞的微流控装置,采用PDMS柔性微管,通过设置出入口使之能与普通商业器件相连,将PDMS微管设置成特定的结构,利用流体力学原理控制流动参数实现目标颗粒、细胞的富集或者分离。
