Abstract:
(EN) Steel for a thick-walled large-diameter high-grade steel pipeline having improved low-temperature toughness, and a preparation method therefor. The pipeline steel comprises the following components (in weight percent): 0.038 to 0.058% of C, 0.17 to 0.27% of Si, 1.65 to 1.75% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.01% of P, less than or equal to 0.003% of S, 0.015 to 0.05% of Al, 0.045 to 0.055% of Nb, 0.006 to 0.02% of Ti, 0.11 to 0.16% of Cr, 0.15 to 0.20% of Mo, 0.10 to 0.16% of Cu, 0.25 to 0.30% of Ni, 0.0005 to 0.0040% of Ca, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The preparation method therefor comprises using a 320 mm thick section casting blank, and performing blank material heating, rolling, and laminar cooling to ensure different deformation storage energy and grain boundary mobility, to effectively refine the structural grain size, and to obtain uniform bainite and needle ferrite, ensuring the stability of the structure and performance, meeting the performance requirements on steel for a wide and thick high-grade steel pipeline.
(FR) L'invention concerne un acier pour pipeline en acier de haute qualité, de grand diamètre et à paroi épaisse présentant une ténacité à basse température améliorée, et son procédé de préparation. L'acier pour pipeline comprend les composants suivants (en pourcentage en poids) : de 0,038 à 0,058 % de C, de 0,17 à 0,27 % de Si, de 1,65 à 1,75 % de Mn, 0,01 % de P ou moins, 0,003 % de S ou moins, de 0,015 à 0,05 % d'Al, de 0,045 à 0,055 % de Nb, de 0,006 à 0,02 % de Ti, de 0,11 à 0,16 % de Cr, de 0,15 à 0,20 % de Mo, de 0,10 à 0,16 % de Cu, de 0,25 à 0,30 % de Ni, de 0,0005 à 0,0040 % de Ca, le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables. Son procédé de préparation consiste à utiliser une ébauche de coulée de section épaisse de 320 mm, et à réaliser le chauffage, le laminage et le refroidissement laminaire du matériau d'ébauche pour garantir une énergie de stockage de déformation et une mobilité de limite de grain différentes, pour affiner efficacement la taille de grain de structure, et pour obtenir de la bainite et des aiguilles de ferrite uniformes, garantissant la stabilité de la structure et des performances, répondant aux exigences de performance sur l'acier pour un pipeline en acier de qualité élevée, large et épais.
(ZH) 一种提高低温韧性的厚壁大口径高钢级管线钢及其制造方法,该管线钢的组分为(重量百分比):C:0.038~0.058%、Si:0.17~0.27%、Mn:1.65~1.75%、P≤0.01%、S≤0.003%、Al:0.015~0.05%、Nb:0.045~0.055%、Ti:0.006~0.02%、Cr:0.11~0.16%、Mo:0.15~0.20%、Cu:0.10~0.16%、Ni:0.25~0.30%、Ca:0.0005~0.0040%、余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质;其制造方法包括采用厚度320mm断面铸坯,通过坯料加热,轧制,层流冷却,保证不同形变储存能及晶界迁移率,有效细化组织晶粒度,得到组织均匀的贝氏体、针状铁素体,确保了组织与性能的稳定,满足了宽厚高钢级管线钢性能要求。
