Abstract:
(EN) A cavity length measurement device for a microwave resonant cavity, and a sensor. The cavity length measurement device comprises: a microwave resonant cavity, and a demodulating equipment. The microwave resonant cavity includes a hollow core coaxial cable-fabry-perot resonant cavity (5), a first reflection point (3), and a second reflection point (4); the first reflection point (3) is disposed at a first location within the hollow core coaxial cable-fabry-perot resonant cavity (5); the second reflection point (4) is disposed at a second location within the hollow core coaxial cable-fabry-perot resonant cavity (5); a movement may occur on the first location and/or the second location. The reflectivity of the first reflection point (3) and the second reflection point (4) is greater than or equal to a preset threshold. The demodulating equipment is connected to the microwave resonant cavity to analyze microwave signals in the microwave resonant cavity, so as to obtain the cavity length of the microwave resonant cavity, the cavity length of the microwave resonant cavity being a distance between the first reflection point and the second reflection point.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure de longueur de cavité pour une cavité résonante micro-ondes, et un capteur. Le dispositif de mesure de longueur de cavité comprend : une cavité résonante micro-ondes, et un équipement de démodulation. La cavité résonante micro-ondes comprend une cavité résonante de Fabry-Perot de câble coaxial à noyau creux (5), un premier point de réflexion (3) et un second point de réflexion (4); le premier point de réflexion (3) est disposé à un premier emplacement à l'intérieur de la cavité résonante de Fabry-Perot de câble coaxial à noyau creux (5); le second point de réflexion (4) est disposé à un second emplacement à l'intérieur de la cavité résonante de Fabry-Perot de câble coaxial à noyau creux (5); un mouvement peut se produire sur le premier emplacement et/ou le second emplacement. La réflectivité du premier point de réflexion (3) et du second point de réflexion (4) est supérieure ou égale à un seuil prédéfini. L'équipement de démodulation est connecté à la cavité résonante micro-ondes pour analyser des signaux de micro-ondes dans la cavité résonante micro-ondes, de façon à obtenir la longueur de cavité de la cavité résonante micro-ondes, la longueur de cavité de la cavité résonante micro-ondes étant une distance entre le premier point de réflexion et le second point de réflexion.
