Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain having monomethylamine degradation abilities and use thereof. The name of the strain is Pseudomonas aeruginosa GDUTAN1, which is deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection. The deposit address is Wuhan University, Wuhan, Hubei Province; the deposit number is CCTCC NO.: M 2017283; and the deposit date is 24 May 2017. The Pseudomonas aeruginosa GDUTAN1 is Gram-negative and ball arm-shaped, the colony morphology is round, green and opaque, and the colony diameter is from 1 to 2 mm. The Pseudomonas aeruginosa GDUTAN1 of the present invention can be applied in environmental restoration, to degrade monomethylamine in the environment with a high degradation rate. The degradation rate can reach 99% or more after degradation for 96 h under the condition of a substrate concentration of 50 to 140mg/L.
(FR) L'invention concerne une souche de Pseudomonas aeruginosa ayant des capacités de dégradation de la monométhylamine et son utilisation. Le nom de la souche est Pseudomonas aeruginosa GDUTAN1, qui est déposé au China Center for Type Culture Collection. L'adresse de dépôt est Wuhan University, Wuhan, Hubei Province ; le numéro de dépôt est CCTCC NO. : M 2017283 ; et la date de dépôt est le 24 mai 2017. Le Pseudomonas aeruginosa GDUTAN1 est un Gram-négatif et de forme de bras de bille, la morphologie de la colonie est ronde, verte et opaque, et le diamètre de la colonie est de 1 à 2 mm. Le Pseudomonas aeruginosa GDUTAN1 de la présente invention peut être appliqué dans la restauration de l'environnement, pour dégrader la monométhylamine dans l'environnement avec un taux de dégradation élevé. Le taux de dégradation peut atteindre 99 % ou plus après dégradation pendant 96 h dans la condition d'une concentration en substrat de 50 à 140 mg/L.
