Abstract:
(EN) A metal soft magnetic powder core resistant to high temperature heat treatment, made of metal soft magnetic powder and silicone resin, the mass ratio of the metal soft magnetic powder to the silicone resin being 0.5-5: 100. The present metal soft magnetic core undergoes high-temperature heat treatment in a non-oxidising gas atmosphere, so that the internal stress is fully released and hysteresis loss is reduced; and the coating layer is unbroken, maintaining integrity and having good insulation effects. The complete, crack-free, and uniform thickness coating layer increases high temperature resistance, facilitating high temperature annealing of the metal soft magnetic core, the core loss being reduced by 50mW/cm3.
(FR) L'invention concerne un noyau de poudre magnétique tendre métallique résistant à un traitement thermique à haute température, constitué d'une poudre magnétique tendre métallique et d'une résine de silicone, le rapport en masse de la poudre magnétique tendre métallique à la résine de silicone étant de 0,5 à 5 : 100. Le présent noyau magnétique tendre métallique subit un traitement thermique à haute température dans une atmosphère de gaz non oxydant, de telle sorte que la contrainte interne est complètement relâchée et la perte d'hystérésis est réduite; et la couche de revêtement est ininterrompue, conservant l'intégrité et ayant de bons effets d'isolation. La couche de revêtement d'épaisseur uniforme sans fissure et complète augmente la résistance à haute température, facilitant le recuit à haute température du noyau magnétique tendre métallique, la perte de noyau étant réduite de 50mW/cm3.
(ZH) 一种耐高温热处理的金属软磁粉芯,由金属软磁粉末和硅树脂组成,所述金属软磁粉末和硅树脂的质量比为0.5~5:100。该金属软磁粉芯,经过在非氧化性气体氛围中高温热处理,内部应力得到充分释放,磁滞损耗减小;包覆层没有破裂,保持完整,绝缘效果完好;完整、没有裂纹且厚度均一的包覆层可提高耐高温性,有利于金属软磁粉芯进行高温退火,磁芯损耗降低50mW/cm3
