Abstract:
(EN) A clean and rapid smelting method for an all scrap steel electric arc furnace (16). Based on a smelting process of the all scrap steel electric arc furnace (16), a blowtorch (15) buried within a fire-resistant material (19) on a side of the bottom of the electric arc furnace (16) is utilized to blow on different types of media in different smelting phases, the carburization of a molten pool is utilized in a carbonization and melting phase to speed up steel smelting and to increase the carbon content of the molten pool; and in a high-efficiency dephosphorization and deep denitrification phase, a reaction in the molten pool is enhanced for high-efficiency dephosphorization and deep denitrification, thus improving dephosphorization and denitrification effects, increasing the cleanliness of molten steel, and implementing clean and rapid smelting.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fusion propre et rapide pour un four à arc électrique (16) de type toutes ferrailles. Sur la base d'un procédé de fusion du four à arc électrique (16) de type toutes ferrailles, un chalumeau (15) enfoui à l'intérieur d'un matériau résistant au feu (19) sur un côté du fond du four à arc électrique (16) est utilisé pour souffler sur différents types de milieux dans différentes phases de fusion, la carburation d'un bain de fusion est utilisée dans une phase de carbonisation et de fusion pour accélérer la fusion d'acier et pour accroître la teneur en carbone du bain de fusion; et, dans une phase de déphosphoration à efficacité élevée et de dénitrification profonde, une réaction dans le bain de fusion est améliorée pour une déphosphoration à efficacité élevée et une dénitrification profonde, de façon à améliorer ainsi les effets de déphosphoration et de dénitrification, à augmenter ainsi la propreté de l'acier fondu, et à réaliser ainsi une fusion propre et rapide.
(ZH) 一种全废钢电弧炉(16)洁净化快速冶炼方法,根据全废钢电弧炉(16)冶炼进程,利用埋在电弧炉(16)炉底侧面耐火材料(19)内部的喷枪(15)在不同冶炼阶段喷吹不同种类介质,增碳助熔阶段利用熔池渗碳加速熔清、提高熔池碳含量;高效脱磷和深度去氮阶段,强化熔池反应高效脱磷、深度脱氮,从而改善脱磷、脱氮效果,提高钢水洁净度,实现洁净化快速冶炼。
