Abstract:
(EN) An electroluminescent device and a light-emitting layer and an application thereof. The light-emitting layer comprises at least one nano-crystalline semiconductor material and at least one exciplex; an emission spectrum of the exciplex is at least partially overlapped with an excitation spectrum of the nano-crystalline semiconductor material; and the attenuation life of an excited state of the exciplex is longer than the attenuation life of an excited state of the nano-crystalline semiconductor material. In the light-emitting process of a light-emitting layer, forming an exciplex of delayed fluorescence can effectively transfer energy to the nano-crystalline semiconductor material so as to obtain a stable light-emitting layer of an OLED device of high light-emitting efficiency.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent et une couche électroluminescente, et leurs applications. La couche électroluminescente comprend au moins un matériau semi-conducteur nanocristallin et au moins un exciplexe; un spectre d'émission de l'exciplexe est au moins partiellement chevauché par un spectre d'excitation du matériau semi-conducteur nanocristallin; et la durée de vie d'atténuation d'un état excité de l'exciplexe est plus longue que la durée de vie d'atténuation d'un état excité du matériau semi-conducteur nanocristallin. Dans le processus d'électroluminescence d'une couche électroluminescente, la formation d'un exciplexe de fluorescence retardée peut efficacement transférer de l'énergie au matériau semi-conducteur nanocristallin de façon à obtenir une couche électroluminescente stable d'un dispositif OLED à haute efficacité d'émission de lumière.
(ZH) 一种电致发光器件及其发光层和应用。发光层包含至少一种纳米晶体半导体材料,以及至少一种激基复合物;激基复合物的发射光谱与纳米晶体半导体材料的激发光谱至少部分重叠;激基复合物的激发态的衰减寿命长于纳米晶体半导体材料的激发态的衰减寿命。发光层在发光过程中,形成延迟荧光的激基复合物能够有效将能量传递至纳米晶体半导体材料,进而获得发光效率高,且稳定的OLED器件的发光层。
