(ZH) 一种活性炭纤维的制备方法
Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed by the present invention is a preparation method for an activated carbon fiber, which solves the problem wherein the specific surface area of a polyacrylonitrile activated carbon fiber is small, the technical solution thereof comprising the following steps: after mixing china hemp fiber and a polyacrylonitrile stock solution, obtaining a composite fiber by means of dry spinning; placing the obtained composite fiber into a reaction kettle under an air atmosphere and heating for 10-20 minutes to 200-220℃, then maintaining the temperature for 2-3 hours so as to obtain a stabilized composite fiber; heating the obtained stabilized composite fiber in an air atmosphere for 10-20 minutes to 400-450℃ and carbonizing for 1 hour, then filling with an inert gas such that an inert atmosphere forms in the reaction kettle, continuing to raise the temperature to 600-700℃ and maintaining the temperature for 10 minutes to obtain a composite carbonized fiber; adding the obtained composite carbonized fiber into an activator and immersing for 2 hours, removing excess solution by means of extrusion, heating in an inert gas atmosphere to 400-500℃ and activating for 2 hours, after cooling and washing, obtaining an activated carbon fiber such that a polyacrylonitrile activated carbon fiber has a large specific surface area while mechanical strength is ensured.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une fibre de carbone activé, qui résout le problème dans lequel la surface spécifique d'une fibre de carbone activé par un polyacrylonitrile est faible, la solution technique associée comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : obtenir une fibre composite, après mélange de fibre de chanvre de Chine et d'une solution-mère de polyacrylonitrile, au moyen d'un filage à sec ; placer la fibre composite obtenue dans un réacteur sous une atmosphère d'air et chauffer pendant 10-20 minutes à 200-220 °C, puis maintenir la température pendant 2-3 heures de sorte à obtenir une fibre composite stabilisée ; chauffer la fibre composite stabilisée obtenue sous une atmosphère d'air pendant 10-20 minutes à 400-450 °C et la carboniser pendant 1 heure, puis remplir le réacteur avec un gaz inerte de sorte à former une atmosphère inerte dans le réacteur, continuer à augmenter la température jusqu'à 600-700 °C et maintenir la température pendant 10 minutes pour obtenir une fibre carbonisée composite ; ajouter la fibre carbonisée composite obtenue dans un activateur et l'immerger pendant 2 heures, éliminer la solution en excès au moyen d'une extrusion, la chauffer sous une atmosphère de gaz inerte à 400-500 °C et l'activer pendant 2 heures, après refroidissement et lavage, obtenir une fibre de carbone activé de sorte qu'une fibre de carbone activé par un polyacrylonitrile présente une surface spécifique élevée tandis que la résistance mécanique est garantie.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种活性炭纤维的制备方法,解决了聚丙烯腈活性炭纤维比表面积较小的问题,其技术方案包括有如下步骤:将汉麻纤维和聚丙烯腈原液混合后,通过干法纺丝得到复合纤维;(所得复合纤维在置于空气气氛下的反应釜中,10~20min内至200~220℃,然后保温2~3h,得到稳定化复合纤维;所得稳定化复合纤维在空气氛围下10~20min内升温至400~450℃炭化1h后,充入惰性气体使反应釜内形成惰性氛围后,继续升温至600~700℃保温10min得到复合碳化纤维;所得复合碳化纤维加入到活化剂中浸渍2h,通过挤压除去多余溶液,在惰性气体氛围下加热至400~500℃活化2h,冷却洗涤之后,得到活性炭纤维,使聚丙烯腈活性炭纤维在保证机械强度的同时,具有较大的比表面积。
