(ZH) 自动调节机车名义牵引点高度的控制方法
Abstract:
(EN) A control method for automatically adjusting a nominal traction point height of a locomotive. The relationship value curve S between a locomotive wheel diameter D, a telescopic height H of a traction base and a nominal height initial value M of a traction rod is set to be H=MD; after having detected a current diameter d of the wheel of the locomotive, a system compares same with the relationship value curve S and automatically adjusts the telescopic value h of the traction base, so as to enable the current nominal height of a traction rod to coincide with value M in the set curve, improving the adhesion utilization rate of the locomotive, and reducing locomotive wheel spin.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de commande permettant de régler automatiquement une hauteur nominale de point de traction d'une locomotive. La courbe de valeur de relation (S) entre un diamètre de roue de locomotive (D), une hauteur télescopique (H) d'une base de traction et une valeur initiale de hauteur nominale (M) d'une tige de traction est définie pour satisfaire H = MD ; après avoir détecté un diamètre actuel (d) de la roue de la locomotive, un système compare celui-ci à la courbe de valeur de relation (S) et règle automatiquement la valeur télescopique (h) de la base de traction de manière à permettre à la hauteur nominale actuelle d'une tige de traction de coïncider avec une valeur (M) dans la courbe définie, ce qui permet d'améliorer le taux d'utilisation d'adhérence de la locomotive et de réduire le patinage des roues de locomotive.
(ZH) 一种自动调节机车名义牵引点高度的控制方法,设定机车车轮直径D、牵引座伸缩高度H与牵引杆名义高度初始值M关系值曲线S为H=MD,当检测机车当前机车车轮直径d后,系统与关系值曲线S对比,自动调整牵引座伸缩值h,使当前牵引杆名义高度与设定曲线M值重合,提高机车黏着利用率,降低机车车轮空转。
