Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an application of a lettuce as a host in the expression of a nerve growth factor. Further provided are a recombinant vector comprising a nucleotide sequence and a binary plant vector of a nerve growth factor (NGF), and a method of transforming the recombinant vector into agrobacterium and performing agrobacterium-mediated vacuum infiltration on the lettuce to express the NGF.
(FR) La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'une laitue comme hôte dans l'expression d'un facteur de croissance des nerfs. La présente invention concerne en outre un vecteur recombinant comprenant une séquence nucléotidique et un vecteur végétal binaire d'un facteur de croissance des nerfs (NGF), et un procédé consistant à transformer le vecteur recombinant en agrobacterium et à réaliser une infiltration sous vide à médiation par agrobacterium sur la laitue afin d'exprimer le NGF.
