Abstract:
(EN) An RGBW liquid crystal panel, comprising multiple scan lines and multiple data lines and divided by the multiple scan lines and the multiple data lines into multiple subpixel areas (11). Each subpixel area (11) comprises a subpixel (111) and a thin-film transistor (112). Each thin-film transistor (112) is connected respectively at a gate electrode and a source electrode thereof to one scan line and one data line and connected at a drain electrode to one subpixel (111). The multiple subpixels (111) comprise multiple first white subpixels (W1) and multiple second white subpixels (W2). The thin-film transistors (112) to which the first white subpixels (W1) correspond and the thin-film transistors (112) to which the second white subpixels (W2) correspond have different groove width-to-length ratios, thus allowing the first white subpixels (W1) and the second white subpixels (W2) to provide different brightness.
(FR) L'invention concerne un panneau à cristaux liquides RGBW, comprenant de multiples lignes de balayage et de multiples lignes de données et divisé par les multiples lignes de balayage et les multiples lignes de données en de multiples zones de sous-pixels (11). Chaque zone de sous-pixel (11) comprend un sous-pixel (111) et un transistor à couches minces (112).
