Abstract:
(EN) A needle feeding system, comprising a control device; a frame (100); a first feeding device (200); a second feeding device (300); a needle holder conveying device (400); a needle feeding device (500) and a needle transfer device (600). When the needle feeding system is in operation, a first needle holder tray (420) on the needle holder conveying device (400) first moves needles on a first needle holder feeding station (210) to a needle transfer station (410), and transfers the needles to the needle feeding device (500) row by row; then when the needles on the first needle holder tray (420) are fed, the needle holder conveying device (400) immediately moves a second needle holder tray (430), which receives needles from a second needle holder feeding station (310), to the needle transfer station (410) to continue to feed needles, at which time the first needle holder tray (420) returns the first needle holder feeding station (210) to again receive loaded needles such that gap-less rotation connection feeding may be performed with the second needle holder tray (430). As such, processing intervals may be eliminated, thus ensuring processing efficiency of the system, while reliable connection and convergence during needle feeding is ensured, improving the processing reliability of the system.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système d'alimentation en aiguilles, comprenant un dispositif de commande ; un cadre (100) ; un premier dispositif d'alimentation (200) ; un second dispositif d'alimentation (300) ; un dispositif de transport de porte-aiguilles (400) ; un dispositif d'alimentation en aiguilles (500) et un dispositif de transfert d'aiguilles (600).
