Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an organic electroluminescent display panel, comprising: a substrate (100); a thin film transistor (200) provided on the substrate (100); a bottom electrode (300) provided on the drain (270) of the thin film transistor (200); a light shield layer (400) provided on the bottom electrode (300), the light shield layer (400) having a first via (410), and the first via (410) exposing the bottom electrode (300); a pixel defining layer (500) provided on the thin film transistor (200), the bottom electrode (300), and the light shield layer (400), the pixel defining layer (500) having a second via (510), the aperture of the second via (510) being greater than that of the first via (410), and the second via (510) completely exposing the first via (410); an organic electroluminescent device (600) provided on the bottom electrode (300); and a top electrode (700) provided on the organic electroluminescent device (600). Also provided is a method for manufacturing the organic electroluminescent display panel. By shielding the edge of the organic electroluminescent device (600) with the light shield layer (400), the uneven luminance of the edge of the organic electroluminescent device (600) is improved.
