Abstract:
(EN) An array substrate has a plurality of thin film transistors (100), a display apparatus, and a method of fabricating an array substrate. The array substrate includes a base substrate (10); a semiconductor layer (400) on the base substrate (10) and including a plurality of active layers (40) respectively for the plurality of thin film transistors (100); and an electrostatic discharging layer (300) electrically connected to the semiconductor layer (400) and configured to discharge electrostatic charge in the semiconductor layer (400).
(FR) La présente invention a trait à un substrat de matrice qui comprend une pluralité de transistors à couches minces (100), à un appareil d'affichage, et à un procédé de fabrication d'un substrat de matrice. Le substrat de matrice comporte : un substrat de base (10); une couche semi-conductrice (400) située sur le substrat de base (10) et incluant une pluralité de couches actives (40) respectivement pour la pluralité de transistors à couches minces (100); et une couche de décharge électrostatique (300) connectée électriquement à la couche semi-conductrice (400) et conçue pour décharger une charge électrostatique dans cette couche semi-conductrice (400).
