Abstract:
(EN) The field of the invention is turned to agribusiness, and comprises the provision of a new method, i.e. a process, and its product (hardware + software) system to improve chemical and physical soil fertility analysis procedures in large scale routine, through a technological package dedicated to soil analysis, combining: the use of a Vis-NIR spectrophotometer, called SpecSoil- Scan with a respective digital platform; chemometric algorithms of multivariate analysis; and integrated cloud-based software to produce analytical results. For the routine application of the NIRS technique to determine the chemical and physical attributes of the soil, it is necessary to construct the calibration models for each of the attributes that will be analyzed in the soil, associating the result of the wet analysis, performed according to reference methods, with the corresponding spectrum of each soil sample, obtained by Vis-NIR spectrophotometer of the invention, or SpecSoil-Scan.
(FR) Le domaine de l’invention concerne le secteur agroalimentaire, et comprend la fourniture d’un nouveau procédé, à savoir un procédé, et de son système de produit (logiciel + matériel) pour améliorer les procédures d’analyse chimique et physique de la fertilité du sol dans un essai de routine à grande échelle, par l’intermédiaire d’un module technologique dédié à l’analyse du sol, combinant : l’utilisation d’un spectrophotomètre Vis-NIR, appelé SpecSoil-Scan avec une plate-forme numérique respective ; des algorithmes chimiométriques d’analyse multivariée ; et un logiciel intégré dans le cloud pour produire des résultats analytiques. Pour l’application en routine de la technique NIRS pour déterminer les attributs chimiques et physiques du sol, il est nécessaire de construire les modèles d’étalonnage pour chacun des attributs qui seront analysés dans le sol, en associant le résultat de l’analyse par voie humide, effectuée selon des procédés de référence, avec le spectre correspondant de chaque échantillon de sol, obtenu par un spectrophotomètre Vis-NIR de l’invention, ou SpecSoil-Scan.
