Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a convective heater, and more specifically, to the configuration of the inlet panel that allow the increase of the rate of air flow into the heating chamber of the heater, and to the configuration of the heating chamber and outlet panels that increase the speed of air flow out of the heating chamber. One embodiment of the invention is a conical shaped heater wherein the side panel with inlets is tilted at an angle from the horizontal plane to increase the surface area of the inlet panels. The heating unit is configurated along the profile of the inlets. The heating chamber is tapered towards an outlet panel with a small sectional area for the outlets which will significantly increase the speed of the outflow air. This invention will increase the heating performance of the heater and reduce the size and manufacturing cost.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de chauffage par convection, et plus spécifiquement, la configuration du panneau d'entrée qui permet l'augmentation du débit du flux d'air dans la chambre de chauffage de l'appareil de chauffage, et la configuration de la chambre de chauffage et des panneaux de sortie qui augmentent la vitesse du flux d'air en sortie de la chambre de chauffage. Un mode de réalisation de l'invention est un appareil de chauffage de forme conique dans lequel le panneau latéral ayant des entrées est incliné avec un angle par rapport au plan horizontal pour augmenter la surface des panneaux d'entrée. L'unité de chauffage est configurée le long du profil des entrées. La chambre de chauffage est effilée vers un panneau de sortie avec une faible surface transversale pour les sorties, ce qui augmentera significativement la vitesse de l'air de sortie. La présente invention augmentera les performances de chauffage de l'appareil de chauffage et réduira la taille et le coût de fabrication.
