Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a three-dimensional multiphasic synthetic tissue scaffold comprising first, second and third compartments, wherein: each said compartment comprises distinct microstructural, and/or chemical, and/or mechanical properties, and is connected with at least one other compartment of the scaffold via a continuous interface; the tissue scaffold is porous; and the external morphology of the tissue scaffold mimics that of a mammalian joint or a component thereof. The invention further relates to a method for producing the three dimensional multiphasic synthetic tissue scaffold using a polymeric material, the method comprising using a three-dimensional (3D) bioprinter to print the tissue scaffold by continuously deposit the polymeric material onto a platform until the tissue scaffold is produced in its entirety.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un échafaudage tissulaire synthétique multiphasique tridimensionnel comprenant un premier, deuxième, et troisième compartiments. Chacun desdits compartiments comprend des propriétés microstructurelles, et/ou chimiques, et/ou mécaniques distinctes, et est relié à au moins un autre compartiment de l'échafaudage par l'intermédiaire d'une interface continue; l'échafaudage tissulaire est poreux; et la morphologie externe de l'échafaudage tissulaire imite celle d'une articulation de mammifère ou d'un constituant de cette dernière. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de l'échafaudage tissulaire synthétique multiphasique tridimensionnel en utilisant un matériau polymère, le procédé comprenant l'utilisation d'une bio-imprimante tridimensionnelle (3D) pour imprimer l'échafaudage tissulaire en déposant de manière continue le matériau polymère sur une plateforme jusqu'à ce que l'échafaudage tissulaire soit produit dans son intégralité.
