Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine piezoelektrische Vorrichtung mit zumindest einem piezoelektrischen Element (2), welches eine zu einem Krafteinleitelement (3) ausgerichtete Auflageebene (4) aufweist, wobei bei einer thermischen Belastung der piezoelektrischen Vorrichtung in der Auflageebene (4) Ausdehnungsunterschiede zwischen dem piezoelektrischen Element (2) und dem Krafteinleitelement (3) auftreten. Erfindungsgemäß ist zur Kompensation von Scherbelastungen zwischen dem piezoelektrischen Element (2) und dem Krafteinleitelement (3) mindestens ein Übergangselement (5) angeordnet, dessen E-Modul kleiner ist als das E-Modul des piezoelektrischen Elements (2) in dessen Auflageebene (4)
(EN) The invention relates to a piezoelectric device having at least one piezoelectric element (2), which has a support plane (4) oriented to a force introduction element (3), wherein in the event of a thermal loading of the piezoelectric device in the support plane (4), expansion differences between the piezoelectric element (2) and the force introduction element (3) occur. According to the invention, in order to compensate for shear loadings, at least one transition element (5) is arranged between the piezoelectric element (2) and the force introduction element (3), the E-module of which is smaller than the E-module of the piezoelectric element (2) in the support plane (4) thereof.
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif piézoélectrique muni d’au moins un élément piézoélectrique (2) qui présente un plan d’appui (4) orienté vers un élément d’application de force (3), des différences de dilatation entre l’élément piézoélectrique (2) et l’élément d’application de force (3) se produisant lors d’une contrainte thermique du dispositif piézoélectrique dans le plan d’appui (4). Selon l’invention, pour compenser les contraintes de cisaillement, au moins un élément de transition (5) dont le module d’élasticité est inférieur au module d’élasticité de l’élément piézoélectrique (2) dans son plan d’appui (4) est agencé entre l’élément piézoélectrique (2) et l’élément d’application de force (3).
