Abstract:
(EN) A method of manufacturing of a Light Emitting Device that has increased reliability and efficiency. Specifically, the disclosed methods uses Atomic Layer Deposition to improve the thermal conductivity between the ceramic plate and the LED, decrease the amount of organic contamination, and increase the efficiency of the optical output of the Light Emitting Device.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif électroluminescent qui a une fiabilité et une efficacité accrues. En particulier, les procédés décrits utilisent un dépôt de couche atomique pour améliorer la conductivité thermique entre la plaque céramique et la DEL, diminuer la quantité de contamination organique, et augmenter l'efficacité de la sortie optique du dispositif électroluminescent.
