Abstract:
(EN) The present application discloses a sensor system that includes a sensor having a sensor surface, a sample cartridge including one or more flexible membranes and a membrane frame, the membrane frame including one or more openings covered by the one or more flexible membranes defining one or more wells for holding one or more samples, the flexible membrane having a sample side supporting the sample and an opposite sensor side, the sample cartridge being removably insertable in the sensor system such that the sensor side of the flexible membrane is positioned above and faces the sensor surface, a displacement mechanism that can be actuated to displace the flexible membrane toward the sensor surface such that the sample is moved to a position closer to the sensor surface, and an optical imaging system that detects light emitted from the sensor. Disclosed also are a cartridge cassette and a method of use.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de capteur qui comprend un capteur ayant une surface de capteur, une cartouche d'échantillon comprenant une ou plusieurs membranes souples et un support de membrane, le support de membrane comprenant une ou plusieurs ouvertures recouvertes par lesdites une ou plusieurs membranes souples définissant un ou plusieurs puits destinés à contenir un ou plusieurs échantillons, la membrane souple ayant un côté échantillon portant l'échantillon et un côté capteur opposé, la cartouche d'échantillon pouvant être insérée de manière amovible dans le système de capteur de telle sorte que le côté capteur de la membrane souple est positionné au-dessus de la surface de capteur et fait face à celle-ci, un mécanisme de déplacement qui peut être actionné pour déplacer la membrane souple vers la surface de capteur de telle sorte que l'échantillon est déplacé vers une position plus proche de la surface de capteur, et un système d'imagerie optique qui détecte une lumière émise par le capteur. L'invention concerne également une cassette à cartouche et un procédé d'utilisation.
