Abstract:
(EN) A system (with corresponding methods) for responding to an electrical meter alarm. The system utilizes a processor at a meter or at a utility, and an alarm chronical encoded in memory of the processor. The alarm chronical includes an alarm level correlating to a degree of risk associated with a state of the meter, a time stamp including a date and a time of when the alarm level triggered, a meter identification, and performance data of the meter.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un système (avec des procédés correspondants) pour répondre à une alerte de compteur électrique. Le système utilise un processeur au niveau d'un compteur ou d'un utilitaire, et une chronique d'alerte codée dans la mémoire du processeur. La chronique d'alerte comprend un niveau d'alerte en corrélation avec un degré de risque associé à un état du compteur, une estampille temporelle comprenant une date et une heure de déclenchement du niveau d'alerte, une identification de compteur et des données de performance du compteur.
