(EN) A detergent additive comprising an active, the active comprising one or both of tetraacetylethylenediamine or triacetylethylenediamine; and the reaction product of a compound that functions as a Michael donor and a compound that functions as a Michael acceptor; wherein, the compound that functions as a Michael donor is selected from the group consisting of acetoacetate esters, cyanoacetate esters and malonic acid esters; the compound that functions as a Michael acceptor is a multifunctional acrylate; and the weight percent of the tetraacetylethylenediamine in the detergent additive is 10 to 90 percent.
