Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is a product handling vehicle (30) comprising a carrier plate (34), positioned in front of a casting machine (10) consisting of pluralities of casting modules (21) provided side by side and where the mold mechanisms (20), comprising an upper mold (21), a lower mold (22) and lateral molds (23), are provided, characterized by comprising a telescopic beam (334) where the carrier plate (34) is seated in a manner moving said carrier plate (30) towards the casting module (11) forwardly-backwardly in order to provide handling of the product, shaped in the mold mechanism (20), from the casting module (11), and an orthogonal movement mechanism (32) where the telescopic beam (334) is connected and which moves said telescopic beam (334) upwardly-downwardly with respect to the height of the mold mechanism (20).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un véhicule de manipulation de produit (30) comprenant une plaque de support (34), positionnée devant une machine de coulée (10) constituée de pluralités de modules de coulée (21) disposées côte à côte et où sont disposés les mécanismes de moule (20), comprenant un moule supérieur (21), un moule inférieur (22) et des moules latéraux (23), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un faisceau télescopique (334) où la plaque de support (34) est logée de manière à déplacer ladite plaque de support (30) vers le module de coulée (11) vers l'avant et vers l'arrière afin de permettre la manipulation du produit, formé dans le mécanisme de moule (20), à partir du module de coulée (11), et un mécanisme de déplacement orthogonal (32) où est relié le faisceau télescopique (334) et qui déplace ledit faisceau télescopique (334) vers le haut et vers le bas par rapport à la hauteur du mécanisme de moule (20).
