Abstract:
(EN) Induction mutagenesis in lactic acid bacteria for D(+) lactic acid production from starch was performed and the stable mutant strain of Lactobacillus plantarum improved by the molecular biological technique can be used in production of high optically pure D(+) lactic acid directly from various kinds of starch as a carbon source. Those starch substrates are included cassava starch, corn starch and rice starch, etc. The fermentation product is high optically pure D(+) lactic acid up to 90.0-99.0% which is able to apply in bioplastic and pharmaceutical industries.
(FR) Cette invention concerne une mutagenèse par induction qui a été réalisée dans des bactéries lactiques pour la production d'acide lactique D(+) à partir d'amidon. La souche mutante stable de Lactobacillus plantarum améliorée par cette technique de biologie moléculaire peut être utilisée dans la production d'un acide lactique D(+) optiquement très pur en utilisant directement divers types d'amidon comme sources de carbone.Les substrats d'amidon comprennent l'amidon de manioc, l'amidon de maïs, l'amidon de riz, etc. Le produit de fermentation est un acide lactique D(+) optiquement très pur, jusqu'à 90,0-99,0 %, qui peut être appliqué dans les industries bioplastiques et pharmaceutiques.
