Abstract:
(EN) The group of inventions relates to knitting, specifically to two-sided warp-knitted fabrics having perforations that posses elastic qualities. Such fabrics can be used in the medical industry for making warming products such as belts, bands, and compression bandages. A fabric comprises, in its warp, wales (3) having a closed-chain weave made of synthetic threads (4) with elastomeric threads (5) disposed inside of the wales, and, in the weft of the fabric, thread systems (1) and (2) made of a wool yarn or a yarn comprising wool, and, for a bandage, thread systems made of a natural yarn and/or an artificial yarn and/or a synthetic yarn. One of these systems forms the front side of the fabric, and the other system forms the back side of the fabric. The fabric has sections with weft threads missing in the courses of the fabric, and in the place of said weft threads are perforations (6), the minimal width of each perforation being equal to the distance between wales. The technical result of the invention lies in providing the possibility of producing a breathable fabric suitable for making the aforementioned medical products.
(FR) Le groupe d'inventions concerne la production d'articles de bonneterie et notamment des toiles de bonneterie à base tricotée à trous traversants possédant des propriétés élastiques. Ces tissus peuvent s'utiliser dans l'industrie médicale pour fabriquer des articles chauffants tels que ceintures, bandages et bandes de contention en forme de ruban. La toile comprend dans la base des colonnes de mailles (3), une chaîne fermée en fils synthétiques (4) dans laquelle sont disposées des colonnes de mailles avec des fils élastomères (5), et dans la trame un système de fils de laine (1) et (2) ou de fils comportant de la laine; pour le bandage, on utilise un système de fils naturels et/ou artificiels et/ou synthétiques. Un de ces systèmes forme la partie face de la toile et l'autre sa partie envers. Le tissu possède des zones avec des fils de trame manquant dans les rangées des mailles à la place desquels on a fait des trous (6) dont la largeur minimale de chacun est égale à la distance entre les colonnes de mailles. Le résultat technique consiste à obtenir la possibilité d'assurer la production d'une toile imperméable à l'air adapté à l'utilisation desdits articles médicaux.
(RU) Группа изобретений относится к трикотажному производству, а именно к двухсторонним основовязаным трикотажным полотнам со сквозными отверстиями, обладающими эластичными свойствами. Такие полотна могут быть использованы в медицинской промышленности при изготовлении согревающих изделий: поясов, бандажей, а также ленточных компрессионных бинтов. Полотно содержит по основе петельные столбики (3) переплетения закрытая цепочка из синтетических нитей (4) с расположенными внутри петельных столбиков эластомерными нитями (5), а по утку - системы нитей (1) и (2) из шерстяной пряжи или пряжи, содержащей шерсть, а для бинта - системы нитей из натуральной, и/или искусственной, и/или синтетической пряжи. Одна из этих систем образует лицевую сторону полотна, а другая - изнаночную. Полотно имеет участки с пропущенными в петельных рядах нитями утка, на месте которых образованы отверстия (6), минимальная ширина каждого из которых равна расстоянию между петельными столбиками. Технический результат изобретения состоит в обеспечении возможности получения воздухопроницаемого полотна, пригодного для изготовления указанных медицинских изделий.
