Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides an IOT based system and method for energy optimization and management in a building. The system includes a plurality of objects in the building as source of heat emission, a network of sensors, a plurality of sub memory modules connected to the sensors and configured to store the operating parameters, at least one communication device configured for transmitting the operating parameters to a centralized server where the device is in communication with the network of sensors and sub memory modules, wherein the centralized server includes a processor configured for processing the operating parameters to determine a heat gain factor for energy optimization and management.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé basés sur l'IdO permettant l'optimisation et la gestion d'énergie dans un bâtiment. Le système comprend : une pluralité d'objets dans le bâtiment en tant que source d'émission de chaleur; un réseau de capteurs; une pluralité de sous-modules de mémoire reliés aux capteurs et configurés pour stocker les paramètres de fonctionnement; et au moins un dispositif de communication configuré pour transmettre les paramètres de fonctionnement à un serveur centralisé où le dispositif est en communication avec le réseau de capteurs et de sous-modules de mémoire, le serveur centralisé comprenant un processeur configuré pour traiter les paramètres de fonctionnement afin de déterminer un facteur de gain de chaleur pour l'optimisation et la gestion d'énergie.
