Abstract:
(EN) System and Process for Extracting Bitumen from Natural Asphalt 5 The present invention relates to a system and method for extracting bitumen from natural asphalt. The system of the present invention comprises a crushing system (100) for crushing natural asphalt, a mixing system (200) connectable to the crushing system for mixing rushed natural asphalt with demulsifying agents to form a homogenous mixture, and a separating system (300) connectable to the mixing 10 system for separating crude bitumen from the homogenous mixture. The present application also discloses a process for extracting bitumen from natural asphalt, the process comprising crushing the natural asphalt in a crusher, mixing crushed natural asphalt with demulsifying agents in a mixer connectable to the crusher to form a homogenous mixture, and separating crude bitumen from the homogenous mixture in 15 at least a thickener.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé d'extraction de bitume à partir d'asphalte naturel. Le système de la présente invention comprend un système de broyage (100) pour broyer de l'asphalte naturel, un système de mélange (200) pouvant être relié au système de broyage pour mélanger de l'asphalte naturel broyé avec des agents désémulsionnants pour former un mélange homogène et un système de séparation (300) pouvant être relié au système de mélange pour séparer le bitume brut du mélange homogène. La présente invention concerne également un procédé d'extraction de bitume à partir d'asphalte naturel, le procédé consistant à broyer l'asphalte naturel dans un broyeur, à mélanger de l'asphalte naturel broyé avec des agents désémulsionnants dans un mélangeur pouvant être relié au broyeur pour former un mélange homogène et à séparer le bitume brut du mélange homogène en au moins un épaississeur.
