Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a peptide targeting a toxin-antitoxin system of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and a use thereof. Specifically, the antibiotic peptide of the present invention inhibits the formation of a toxin-antitoxin complex of Mycobacterium tuberculosis without affecting an active site of the toxin, thereby inducing the death of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by means of a separated toxin. Therefore, the antibiotic peptide can be usefully used as an antibiotic composition against Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un peptide ciblant un système toxine-antitoxine de Mycobacterium tuberculosis et son utilisation. Spécifiquement, le peptide antibiotique selon la présente invention inhibe la formation d'un complexe toxine-antitoxine de Mycobacterium tuberculosis sans affecter un site actif de la toxine, ce qui induit la mort de Mycobacterium tuberculosis au moyen d'une toxine séparée. Par conséquent, le peptide antibiotique peut être utilisé utilement en tant que composition antibiotique contre Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
(KO) 본 발명은 결핵균의 독소-항독소 체계를 표적으로 하는 펩타이드 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명의 항생 펩타이드는 독소의 활성부위에는 영향을 미치지 않으면서 결핵균의 독소-항독소 복합체의 형성을 방해함으로써 분리된 독소에 의한 결핵균의 사멸을 유도한다. 따라서, 상기 항생 펩타이드는 결핵균에 대한 항생용 조성물로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
