Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides an optical transmitter including a semiconductor laser and a control method thereof for preventing crosstalk between channels in an NG-PON2 with a 100 GHz channel spacing by reducing a wavelength drift of the semiconductor laser. The wavelength drift occurs between a few nanoseconds and a few hundreds nanoseconds from the beginning of a burst when the semiconductor laser is operated in a burst-mode.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un émetteur-récepteur optique, qui comprend un laser à semi-conducteurs, et son procédé de commande pour empêcher une diaphonie entre des canaux dans un NG-PON2 ayant un espacement de canal de 100 GHz par réduction d'une dérive de longueur d'onde du laser à semi-conducteurs. La dérive de longueur d'onde se produit entre quelques nanosecondes et quelques centaines de nanosecondes à partir du début d'une rafale lorsque le laser à semi-conducteurs fonctionne en mode rafale.
