Abstract:

The present invention relates to a dangerous/harmful substance tracking buoy. More particularly, the present invention provides a dangerous/harmful substance tracking buoy characterized by further comprising: a hollow spherical body; a circular plate body provided on the outer periphery of the spherical body; an oil spill tracking float comprising a cylindrical wing body provided on the outer periphery of the plate body so as to float/move along seawater; a weight body extending underwater from the oil spill tracking float by a wire such that the oil spill tracking float has neutral buoyancy; a winch comprising a harmful substance sensing means comprising a harmful substance sensing vane provided on a part of the wire so as to sense a harmful substance, the winch being configured to wind the wire into the oil spill tracking float such that the harmful substance sensing vane is lifted/tractioned; a GPS for delivering, to a control portion, a position signal of the oil spill tracking float that floats/moves along seawater; a sensing portion connected to the harmful substance sensing vane along the wire so as to deliver a sensing signal sensed through the harmful substance sensing vane to the control portion; a power supply portion that utilizes tidal energy or solar energy as a power source; and a control portion for driving/controlling the winch, the GPS, and the sensing portion by means of power from the power supply portion and transmitting/controlling signals from the GPS and the sensing portion. A sensing means for sensing a harmful substance is installed to extend underwater from a float for sensing oil spill such that an oil spill can be sensed on the basis of the floating movement of the float along the path of seawater, thereby identifying the movement, dispersion, and distribution of the oil spill, and a harmful substance can be sensed simultaneously, thereby identifying the movement and distribution of the harmful substance.

La présente invention concerne une bouée de suivi de substances nocives/dangereuses. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une bouée de suivi de substances nocives/dangereuses caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre : un corps sphérique creux ; un corps de plaque circulaire disposé sur la périphérie externe du corps sphérique ; un flotteur de suivi de déversement d'huile comprenant un corps d'aile cylindrique disposé sur la périphérie externe du corps de plaque de façon à flotter/se déplacer le long de l'eau de mer ; un corps de poids s'étendant sous l'eau à partir du flotteur de suivi de déversement d'huile par un fil de telle sorte que le flotteur de suivi de déversement d'huile ait une flottabilité neutre ; un treuil comprenant un moyen de détection de substance nocive comprenant une aube de détection de substance nocive disposée sur une partie du fil de façon à détecter une substance nocive, le treuil étant conçu pour enrouler le fil dans le flotteur de suivi de déversement d'huile de telle sorte que l'aube de détection de substance nocive soit soulevée/tirée ; un GPS pour délivrer, à une partie de commande, un signal de position du flotteur de suivi de déversement d'huile qui flotte/se déplace le long de l'eau de mer ; une partie de détection connectée à l'aube de détection de substance nocive le long du fil de façon à délivrer un signal de détection détecté par l'intermédiaire de l'aube de détection de substance nocive à la partie de commande ; une partie d'alimentation électrique qui utilise l'énergie marémotrice ou l'énergie solaire comme source d'alimentation ; et une partie de commande pour entraîner/commander le treuil, le GPS et la partie de détection au moyen de la puissance provenant de la partie d'alimentation électrique et pour transmettre/commander des signaux provenant du GPS et de la partie de détection. Un moyen de détection pour détecter une substance nocive est installé pour s'étendre sous l'eau à partir d'un flotteur pour détecter un déversement d'huile de telle sorte qu'un déversement d'huile puisse être détecté sur la base du mouvement flottant du flotteur le long du trajet d'eau de mer, ce qui permet d'identifier le mouvement, la dispersion et la distribution du déversement d'huile et une substance nocive puisse être détectée simultanément, ce qui permet d'identifier le mouvement et la distribution de la substance nocive.

본 발명은 위험유해물질 추적 부이에 관한 것으로, 보다 중공상의 구체와; 상기 구체의 외부 둘레에 마련되는 원형의 판체와; 및 상기 판체의 외부 둘레에 마련되는 원통형의 날개체를 포함하여 해수를 따라 표류 이동하는 유출유추적부표와; 상기 유출유추적부표에 수중으로 와이어에 의해 연장되어 유출유추적부표에 중성부력을 갖게 하는 중량체와; 상기 와이어의 일 부분에 구비되어 유해물질을 감지하는 유해물질감지베인을 포함하는 유해물질감지수단을 이루어지는 것으로, 상기 유출유추적부표의 내부에는 상기 와이어를 권취하여 상기 유해물질감지베인을 승강견인시키는 윈치와; 해수를 따라 표류이동 하는 유출유추적부표의 위치신호를 제어부로 전달하는 GPS와; 상기 와이어를 따라 유해물질감지베인에 연결되어 이 유해물질감지베인을 통해 감지된 감지신호를 제어부에 전달하는 감지부와; 조류에너지 또는 태양에너지를 전력원으로 하는 전원부와; 상기 전원부의 전력으로 상기 윈치, GPS와; 및 감지부를 구동제어하고, GPS와; 및 감지부의 신호를 송신제어하는 제어부가 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위험유해물질 추적 부이를 제공함으로써, 유출유를 감지하는 부표에 수중으로 연장되어 유해물질을 감지하는 감지수단을 설치하여 해수의 경로를 따라 부표의 표류 이동을 통해 유출유의 감지하여 유출유의 이동, 확산 및 분포를 파악하면서 유해물질을 감지하여 유해물질의 이동, 분포를 파악할 수 있다.
