Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for separating and purifying 1-butene from raffinate-2 stream at high purity and a high yield, the method comprising the steps of: supplying raffinate-2 including n-butane, isobutane and 1-butene to a first distillation column to obtain heavy raffinate-3 including n-butane from the lower part of the first distillation column and recovering an upper fraction including 1-butene from the upper part thereof; and supplying the upper fraction including 1-butene into a second distillation column to recover a first lower fraction, enriched with 1-butene, from the lower part of the second column and recovering light raffinate-3 including isobutene from the upper part thereof, wherein the heat of the upper fraction recovered from the upper part of the first distillation column is supplied to the lower part of the second distillation column through a first heat exchanger, and 1-butene at high purity and high yield can be recovered while an energy recovery amount is maximized by means of a double effect distillation.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de séparation et de purification de 1-butène à partir d'un flux de raffinat-2 à une pureté élevée et un rendement élevé, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : fournir du raffinat-2 comprenant du n-butane, de l'isobutane et du 1-butène vers une première colonne de distillation pour obtenir un raffinat-3 lourd comprenant du n-butane à partir de la partie inférieure de la première colonne de distillation et récupérer une fraction supérieure comprenant du 1-butène à partir de la partie supérieure de celle-ci ; et fournir la fraction supérieure comprenant du 1-butène dans une seconde colonne de distillation pour récupérer une première fraction inférieure, enrichie en 1-butène, à partir de la partie inférieure de la seconde colonne et récupérer le raffinat-3 léger comprenant de l'isobutène à partir de la partie supérieure de celle-ci, la chaleur de la fraction supérieure récupérée à partir de la partie supérieure de la première colonne de distillation étant fournie à la partie inférieure de la seconde colonne de distillation par l'intermédiaire d'un premier échangeur de chaleur et le 1-butène avec une pureté élevée et un rendement élevé peut être récupéré tandis qu'une quantité de récupération d'énergie est maximisée au moyen d'une distillation à double effet.
(KO) 본 발명은 라피네이트-2 스트림으로부터 1-부텐을 고순도 고수율로 분리 정제하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, n-부탄, 이소부탄 및 1-부텐을 포함하는 라피네이트-2를 제1 증류 칼럼으로 공급하여 제1 증류 칼럼의 하부로부터 n-부탄을 포함하는 중질 라피네이트-3을 얻고, 상부로부터 1-부텐을 포함하는 상부 분획을 회수하는 단계; 및 상기 1-부텐을 포함하는 상부 분획을 제2 증류 칼럼으로 공급하여 제2 칼럼의 하부로부터 1-부텐이 풍부한 제1 하부 분획을 회수하고, 상부로부터 이소부탄을 포함하는 경질 라피네이트-3을 회수하는 단계를 포함하며, 제1 증류 칼럼의 상부로부터 회수되는 상부 분획이 갖는 열을 제1 열교환기를 통해 제2 증류 칼럼의 하부에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이중효과 증류에 의해 에너지 회수량을 극대화 하면서 1-부텐을 고순도 고수율로 회수할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다.
