Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a mobile liquefied natural gas vaporizer comprising: a mobile vaporization unit having vaporization equipment for vaporizing liquefied natural gas (LNG); and a mobile LNG storage unit having an LNG storage part in which liquefied natural gas to be supplied to the vaporization equipment is stored. The vaporization equipment comprises: a delivery pipe which is a tubular body used for delivery of liquefied natural gas and extending a predetermined length, and is disposed such that, while liquefied natural gas is delivered through the delivery pipe, heat can be transferred to the liquefied natural gas through immersion heating of the delivery pipe so as to vaporize the liquefied natural gas; and a spiral structure inserted into a vaporization zone of the delivery pipe where vaporization of the liquefied natural gas is performed through the immersion heating of the delivery pipe, so as to improve thermal efficiency, wherein the spiral structure has a plate-shaped body which is formed into a spiral structure by being twisted in the longitudinal direction thereof. The present invention can uniformly transfer heat to the entire delivery flow of liquefied natural gas through structural improvements and can vaporize the liquefied natural gas while performing control such that thermal efficiency is maximized, thereby providing improved thermal efficiency.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un vaporisateur de gaz naturel liquéfié mobile comprenant : une unité de vaporisation mobile comprenant un équipement de vaporisation permettant de vaporiser du gaz naturel liquéfié (GNL) ; et une unité de stockage de GNL mobile comprenant une partie de stockage de GNL dans laquelle un gaz naturel liquéfié devant être fourni à l'équipement de vaporisation est stocké. L'équipement de vaporisation comprend : un tuyau de distribution qui est un corps tubulaire utilisé pour la distribution de gaz naturel liquéfié et s'étendant sur une longueur prédéterminée et est disposé de sorte que, tandis que le gaz naturel liquéfié est distribué par le biais du tuyau de distribution, de la chaleur peut être transférée au gaz naturel liquéfié par le biais d'un chauffage par immersion du tuyau de distribution de manière à vaporiser le gaz naturel liquéfié ; et une structure en spirale insérée dans une zone de vaporisation du tuyau de distribution où la vaporisation du gaz naturel liquéfié est réalisée par le chauffage par immersion du tuyau de distribution de manière à améliorer l'efficacité thermique, la structure en spirale présentant un corps en forme de plaque qui présente une structure en spirale en étant torsadé dans sa direction longitudinale. La présente invention peut transférer uniformément de la chaleur à tout le flux de distribution de gaz naturel liquéfié par le biais d'améliorations structurales et peut vaporiser le gaz naturel liquéfié tout en réalisant une commande de sorte que l'efficacité thermique est développée au maximum, ce qui permet d'obtenir une efficacité thermique améliorée.
(KO) 본 발명은 액화천연가스의 기화 처리를 위한 기화처리설비를 갖는 이동형 기화처리유닛; 상기 기화처리설비로 공급하기 위한 액화천연가스가 저장되는 LNG저장부를 갖는 이동형 LNG저장유닛;을 포함하는 이동형 액화천연가스 기화장치에 있어서, 상기 기화처리설비는, 액화천연가스의 이송을 담당하고 일정 길이로 배치되는 관체로서, 액화천연가스를 내부에 통과시켜 이송시키는 도중에 수중 가열을 통해 열전달하여 액화천연가스를 기화 처리할 수 있도록 구비되는 이송파이프; 상기 수중 가열되어 기화 처리를 수행하는 이송파이프의 기화처리영역 내에 삽입 배치되어 열효율을 개선하도록 구비된 스파이럴구조체;를 포함하며, 상기 스파이럴구조체는 판형몸체를 구비하되 길이방향을 따라 스파이럴(spiral) 구조를 갖도록 비틀어 꼬아서 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 구조 개선을 통해 이송 흐름을 갖는 액화천연가스에 전체적으로 고른 열전달이 미치게 함과 더불어 열효율을 극대화시킨 상태로 제어하여 액화천연가스를 기화 처리할 수 있으며, 개선된 열효율을 제공할 수 있다.
