Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hot water-plumbing aluminum pipe and the hot water-plumbing aluminum pipe manufactured by the method, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a hot water-plumbing aluminum pipe and the hot water-plumbing aluminum pipe manufactured by the method, wherein the service life of the hot water-plumbing aluminum pipe is extended by preventing contamination of the aluminum pipe by preventing hard material contained in water from adhering to the surface of the pipe and corrosion resistance, super water repellency, and chemical resistance are achieved by forming a strong coated material on the inner and outer surfaces of the aluminum pipe. Furthermore, the hot water-plumbing aluminum pipe is excellent with respect to shrinkage due to heat and workability such that a coating film does not peel off during a bending process, and has excellent thermal conductivity and thus improved heating efficiency.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un tube en aluminium pour plomberie à eau chaude et le tube en aluminium pour plomberie à eau chaude fabriqué par le procédé, et plus spécifiquement un procédé de fabrication d'un tube en aluminium pour plomberie à eau chaude et le tube en aluminium pour plomberie à eau chaude fabriqué par le procédé. Selon l'invention, la durée de vie du tube en aluminium pour plomberie à eau chaude est étendue en empêchant la contamination du tube en aluminium en empêchant un matériau dur contenu dans l'eau d'adhérer à la surface du tube et la résistance à la corrosion, le caractère super-hydrofuge et la résistance aux produits chimiques sont obtenus par formation d'un matériau à revêtement robuste sur les surfaces interne et externe du tube en aluminium. De plus, le tube en aluminium pour plomberie à eau chaude est excellent en ce qui concerne le rétrécissement dû à la chaleur et à l'aptitude au façonnage, de sorte qu'un film de revêtement ne se détache pas pendant un processus de cintrage, et il présente une excellente conductivité thermique et ainsi une efficacité de chauffage améliorée.
(KO) 본 발명은 온수 배관용 알루미늄관 제조 방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 온수 배관용 알루미늄관에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 알루미늄 파이프의 내,외면에 강한 피도물을 형성하여 내식성, 초발수성 및 내약품성을 구현하면서 용수에 함유된 경도성물질이 표면에 부착되는 것을 방지하여 알루미늄 파이프의 오염을 방지함으로써 사용수명을 연장하고, 나아가 열에 의한 수축과 가공성이 우수하여 밴딩작업시에도 코팅막이 벗겨지지 않으며, 열전도율이 우수하여 난방효율을 향상시킨 온수 배관용 알루미늄관 제조 방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 온수 배관용 알루미늄관에 관한 것이다.
