Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a sintering apparatus and a sintering method using the same and, more specifically, to a sintering apparatus capable of controlling a combustion process of a raw material, thereby improving the quality and yieldability of the raw material, and a sintering method using the same. The sintering apparatus, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a sintering trailer installed to be movable along a sintering path; a cooling unit positioned on one side of the sintering path for supplying cooling gas so as to cool the raw material discharged from the sintering trailer; a flue gas circulation line for sucking at least a portion of flue gas generated while cooling the raw material in the cooling unit and supplying the same to an upper portion of the sintering trailer; and a vapor material supply unit, installed in the flue gas circulation line, for supplying the vapor material to the flue gas circulation line.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de frittage et un procédé de frittage l'utilisant et, plus précisément, un appareil de frittage apte à commander un processus de combustion d'une matière première, améliorant ainsi la qualité et l'élasticité de la matière première, et un procédé de frittage utilisant ledit appareil de frittage. L'appareil de frittage, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, comprend : une remorque de frittage installée de manière à pouvoir se déplacer le long d'un trajet de frittage ; une unité de refroidissement positionnée sur un côté du trajet de frittage pour fournir un gaz de refroidissement afin de refroidir la matière première évacuée de la remorque de frittage ; une conduite de circulation de gaz de combustion pour aspirer au moins une partie du gaz de combustion produit pendant le refroidissement de la matière première dans l'unité de refroidissement et pour fournir ce dernier à une partie supérieure de la remorque de frittage ; et une unité d'alimentation en matériau de vapeur, installée dans la conduite de circulation de gaz de combustion, pour fournir le matériau de vapeur à la conduite de circulation de gaz de combustion.
(KO) 본 발명은 소결 장치 및 이를 이용한 소결 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 원료의 연소 과정을 제어하여 원료의 품질 및 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 소결 장치 및 이를 이용한 소결 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 소결 장치는, 소결 경로를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되는 소결 대차; 상기 소결 경로의 일측에 배치되고, 냉각 가스를 공급하여 상기 소결 대차로부터 배출되는 원료를 냉각시키기 위한 냉각부; 상기 냉각부에서 원료를 냉각시키면서 발생하는 배가스 중 적어도 일부를 흡입하여 상기 소결 대차의 상부로 공급하기 위한 배가스 순환 라인; 및 상기 배가스 순환 라인에 설치되어, 상기 배가스 순환 라인 내부로 증기 원료를 공급하기 위한 증기 원료 공급부;를 포함한다.
