Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an electrical parameter-assisted wet-spinning method. An electrical parameter-assisted wet-spinning method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: applying a voltage to a spinning solution containing a polymer and a solvent to ionize the spinning solution; spinning the ionized spinning solution into a coagulation solution to obtain a coagulated filament; and drawing the coagulated filament to form a polymer fiber, wherein the ionized spinning solution promotes the exchange of the solvent inside the coagulated filament with a non-solvent within the coagulation solution to yield a polymer fiber having improved mechanical properties.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de filage par voie humide assisté par paramètre électrique. Un procédé de filage par voie humide assisté par paramètre électrique selon la présente invention comprend les étapes de : application d’une tension à une solution de filage contenant un polymère et un solvant pour ioniser la solution de filage ; filage de la solution de filage ionisée dans une solution de coagulation pour obtenir un filament coagulé ; et étirage du filament coagulé pour former une fibre de polymère, la solution de filage ionisée favorisant l’échange du solvant à l’intérieur du filament coagulé avec un non-solvant dans la solution de coagulation pour obtenir une fibre de polymère ayant des propriétés mécaniques améliorées.
(KO) 본 발명은 전기적 변수 인가 습식방사법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 전기적 변수 인가 습식방사법은 고분자 및 용매를 포함하는 방사액에 전압을 인가하여 상기 방사액을 이온화하는 단계; 상기 이온화된 방사액을 응고액 중으로 방사하여 응고사를 수득하는 단계; 및 상기 응고사를 연신하여 고분자 섬유를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하며, 이온화된 방사액에 의해 응고사 내부의 용매와 응고액 내의 비용매의 교환을 촉진시켜 역학적 특성이 향상된 고분자 섬유를 제조할 수 있다.
