Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a surgical guide wire comprising: a core inserted into a blood vessel, and including a plurality of length gradations not penetrated by a radiation apparatus so as to enable a length to be identified; and an insert, which is coupled to the front end of the core so as to extend from the core, is replaceable, and can be formed to be bent according to the shape of a blood vessel. According to the present invention, the plurality of length gradations are not penetrated by a medical radiation apparatus, and thus the length of the surgical guide wire is checked during blood vessel surgery, thereby enabling stent length selection to be facilitated.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un fil-guide chirurgical comprenant : un noyau inséré dans un vaisseau sanguin, et comprenant une pluralité de gradations de longueur non pénétrées par un appareil de rayonnement de façon à permettre d'identifier une longueur ; et un insert, qui est couplé à l'extrémité avant du noyau de façon à s'étendre à partir du noyau, est remplaçable, et peut être façonné de sorte à être plié selon la forme d'un vaisseau sanguin. Selon la présente invention, la pluralité de gradations de longueur n’est pas pénétrée par un appareil de rayonnement médical, et ainsi la longueur du fil-guide chirurgical est vérifiée pendant une chirurgie de vaisseau sanguin, ce qui permet de faciliter la sélection de longueur de stent.
(KO) 본 발명은 혈관에 삽입되고, 길이를 알 수 있도록 방사선 기기에 의해 투과되지 않는 복수의 길이눈금을 포함하는 코어; 및 상기 코어의 전단(前單)에 상기 코어와 연장되도록 결합되고, 교체가능하며, 혈관의 모양에 따라 구부러트려 성형할 수 있는 인서트를 포함하는 시술용 가이드 와이어에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 복수의 길이눈금이 의료용 방사선 기기에 의해 투과되지 않아 혈관 시술시 시술용 가이드 와이어의 길이를 파악하여 스텐트 길이선정을 용이하게 할 수 있다.
