Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for discharging lubricating oil in a system for reliquefying boil-off gas by compressing the boil-off gas by means of a compressor, subjecting the compressed boil-off gas to heat exchange with the pre-compression state boil-off gas in a heat exchanger, and thus cooling same, and decompressing, by means of a decompressing device, the fluid cooled by the heat exchange. According to the method for discharging lubricating oil, the compressor comprises at least one oil-lubricated cylinder, and it is determined that a "time to discharge condensed or coagulated lubricating oil" has come when at least one of the following conditions is satisfied: a condition where the difference between the temperature, at the front end of the heat exchanger, of the boil-off gas used as a refrigerant in the heat exchanger, and the temperature of the boil-off gas cooled by the heat exchanger after being compressed by the compressor ("temperature difference of low-temperature flow" hereafter) is maintained at a level equivalent to or higher than a first configuration value for a predetermined time or longer; a condition where the difference between the temperature of the boil-off gas used as a refrigerant in the heat exchanger, and the temperature of the boil-off gas transferred to the heat exchanger after being compressed by the compressor ("temperature difference of high-temperature flow" hereafter) is maintained at a level equivalent to or higher than the first configuration value for a predetermined time or longer; and a condition where the difference between the pressure, at the front end of the heat exchanger, of the boil-off gas transferred to the heat exchanger after being compressed by the compressor, and the pressure, at the rear end of the heat exchanger, of the boil-off gas cooled by the heat exchanger ("pressure difference of high-temperature flow path" hereafter) is maintained at a level equivalent to or higher than a second configuration value for a predetermined time or longer.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'évacuation d'huile de lubrification dans un système de reliquéfaction de gaz d'évaporation en comprimant le gaz d'évaporation au moyen d'un compresseur, en soumettant le gaz d'évaporation comprimé à un échange de chaleur avec le gaz d'évaporation à l'état de pré-compression dans un échangeur de chaleur, et en refroidissant ainsi ce dernier, et en décomprimant, au moyen d'un dispositif de décompression, le fluide refroidi par l'échange de chaleur. Selon le procédé d'évacuation d'huile lubrifiante, le compresseur comprend au moins un cylindre lubrifié à l'huile, et il est déterminé qu'un « temps d'évacuation d'une huile de lubrification condensée ou coagulée » se produit lorsqu'au moins l'une des conditions suivantes est satisfaite : une condition dans laquelle la différence entre la température, au niveau de l'extrémité avant de l'échangeur de chaleur, du gaz d'évaporation utilisé comme réfrigérant dans l'échangeur de chaleur, et la température du gaz d'évaporation refroidi par l'échangeur de chaleur après avoir été comprimé par le compresseur (« différence de température du flux à basse température » dans la description) est maintenue à un niveau équivalent ou supérieur à une première valeur de configuration pendant une durée supérieure ou égale à une durée prédéfinie ; une condition dans laquelle la différence entre la température du gaz d'évaporation utilisé comme réfrigérant dans l'échangeur de chaleur, et la température du gaz d'évaporation transféré à l'échangeur de chaleur après avoir été comprimé par le compresseur (« différence de température de flux à haute température » dans la description) est maintenue à un niveau équivalent ou supérieur à la première valeur de configuration pendant une durée supérieure ou égale à une durée prédéfinie ; et une condition dans laquelle la différence entre la pression, au niveau de l'extrémité avant de l'échangeur de chaleur, du gaz d'évaporation transféré à l'échangeur de chaleur après avoir été comprimé par le compresseur, et la pression, au niveau de l'extrémité arrière de l'échangeur de chaleur, du gaz d'évaporation refroidi par l'échangeur de chaleur (« différence de pression de trajet d'écoulement à haute température » dans la description) est maintenue à un niveau équivalent ou supérieur à une seconde valeur de configuration pendant une durée supérieure ou égale à une durée prédéfinie.
(KO) 증발가스를 압축기에 의해 압축시키고, 압축된 증발가스를 압축되기 전의 증발가스와 열교환기에서 열교환시켜 냉각시키고, 열교환시켜 냉각시킨 유체를 감압장치에 의해 감압시켜, 증발가스를 재액화시키는 시스템 내의 윤활유를 배출시키는 방법이 개시된다. 상기 윤활유 배출 방법에 의하면, 상기 압축기는 급유식 실린더를 적어도 한 개 포함하고, 상기 열교환기에서 냉매로 사용되는 증발가스의 상기 열교환기 전단에서의 온도와, 상기 압축기에 의해 압축된 후 상기 열교환기에 의해 냉각된 증발가스의 온도 차이(이하, '저온 흐름의 온도 차이'라고 한다.)가 제1 설정치 이상인 상태가 일정시간 이상 지속되는 조건; 상기 열교환기에서 냉매로 사용된 증발가스의 온도와, 상기 압축기에 의해 압축된 후 상기 열교환기로 보내지는 증발가스의 온도 차이(이하, '고온 흐름의 온도 차이'라고 한다.)가 제1 설정치 이상인 상태가 일정시간 이상 지속되는 조건; 및 상기 압축기에 의해 압축된 후 상기 열교환기로 보내지는 증발가스의 상기 열교환기 전단에서의 압력과, 상기 열교환기에 의해 냉각된 증발가스의 상기 열교환기 후단에서의 압력 차이(이하, '고온 유로의 압력 차이'라고 한다.)가 제2 설정치 이상인 상태가 일정시간 이상 지속되는 조건; 중 하나 이상을 만족하면, '응축 또는 응고된 윤활유를 배출시켜야 할 시점'이라고 판단한다.
