(KO) 증발가스 재액화 시스템 및 증발가스 재액화 시스템 내의 윤활유 배출 방법, 그리고 엔진의 연료 공급 방법
Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for discharging lubricating oil in a system for reliquefying boil-off gas by compressing the boil-off gas by means of a compressor, subjecting the compressed boil-off gas to heat exchange with the pre-compression state boil-off gas in a heat exchanger, and thus cooling same, and decompressing, by means of a decompressing device, the fluid cooled by the heat exchange. The method for discharging lubricating oil is characterized in that: the boil-off gas used as a refrigerant in the heat exchanger may be supplied to the heat exchanger via a first supply line; the boil-off gas used as a refrigerant in the heat exchanger may be supplied to the compressor via a second supply line; the boil-off gas before being used as a refrigerant in the heat exchanger may be supplied to the compressor by bypassing the heat exchanger via a bypass line; a bypass valve for controlling fluid flow and opening/closing is installed on the bypass line; a first valve for controlling fluid flow and opening/closing is installed at the front end of the heat exchanger on the first supply line; a second valve for controlling fluid flow and opening/closing is installed at the rear end of the heat exchanger on the second supply line; and the compressor comprises at least one oil-lubricated cylinder. The method for discharging lubricating oil comprises the steps of: 2) opening the bypass valve and closing the first valve and the second valve; 3) compressing, by means of the compressor, the boil-off gas before being used as a refrigerant in the heat exchanger by having the boil-off gas pass the bypass line; and 4) transferring one portion or all of the boil-off gas compressed by the compressor to the heat exchanger. By means of the boil-off gas of which the temperature has risen by being compressed by the compressor, condensed or coagulated lubricating oil may be discharged by being melted or by having the viscosity thereof decreased.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'évacuation d'huile de lubrification dans un système de reliquéfaction de gaz d'évaporation par compression du gaz d'évaporation au moyen d'un compresseur, le traitement du gaz d'évaporation comprimé par un échange de chaleur avec le gaz d'évaporation à l'état de pré-compression dans un échangeur de chaleur, et donc le refroidissement de celui-ci, et la décompression, au moyen d'un dispositif de décompression, du fluide refroidi par l'échange de chaleur. Le procédé d'évacuation d'huile de lubrification est caractérisé en ce que: le gaz d'évaporation utilisé comme réfrigérant dans l'échangeur de chaleur peut être alimenté à l'échangeur de chaleur à travers une première conduite d'alimentation; le gaz d'évaporation utilisé comme réfrigérant dans l'échangeur de chaleur peut être alimenté au compresseur à travers une seconde ligne d'alimentation; le gaz d'évaporation avant son utilisation comme réfrigérant dans l'échangeur de chaleur peut être alimenté au compresseur en contournant l'échangeur de chaleur à travers une conduite de dérivation; une soupape de dérivation pour la commande de l'écoulement de fluide et l'ouverture/la fermeture est installée sur la conduite de dérivation; une première soupape pour la commande de l'écoulement de fluide et l'ouverture/fermeture est installée à l'extrémité avant de l'échangeur de chaleur sur la première conduite d'alimentation; une seconde soupape pour la commande de l'écoulement de fluide et l'ouverture/la fermeture est installée à l'extrémité arrière de l'échangeur de chaleur sur la seconde conduite d'alimentation; et le compresseur comporte au moins un cylindre lubrifié à l'huile. Le procédé d'évacuation d'huile de lubrification comprend les étapes suivantes: 2) l'ouverture de la soupape de dérivation et la fermeture de la première soupape et de la seconde soupape; 3) la compression, au moyen du compresseur, du gaz d'évaporation avant son utilisation comme réfrigérant dans l'échangeur de chaleur par le passage du gaz d'évaporation à travers la conduite de dérivation; et 4) le transfert d'une partie ou de la totalité du gaz d'évaporation comprimé par le compresseur vers l'échangeur de chaleur. Au moyen du gaz d'évaporation dont la température a augmenté en étant comprimé par le compresseur, l'huile lubrifiante condensée ou coagulée peut être évacuée en étant fondue ou en ayant sa viscosité réduite.
(KO) 증발가스를 압축기에 의해 압축시키고, 압축된 증발가스를 압축되기 전의 증발가스와 열교환기에서 열교환시켜 냉각시키고, 열교환시켜 냉각시킨 유체를 감압장치에 의해 감압시켜, 증발가스를 재액화시키는 시스템 내의 윤활유를 배출시키는 방법이 개시된다. 상기 윤활유 배출 방법은, 상기 열교환기에서 냉매로 사용되는 증발가스는 제1 공급라인을 따라 상기 열교환기로 공급되고, 상기 열교환기에서 냉매로 사용된 증발가스는 제2 공급라인을 따라 상기 압축기로 공급되고, 상기 열교환기에서 냉매로 사용되기 전의 증발가스는 우회라인을 따라 상기 열교환기를 우회하여 상기 압축기로 공급될 수 있고, 상기 우회라인 상에는 유체의 유량 및 개폐를 조절하는 우회밸브가 설치되고, 상기 제1 공급라인 상의 상기 열교환기 전단에는 유체의 유량 및 개폐를 조절하는 제1 밸브가 설치되고, 상기 제2 공급라인 상의 상기 열교환기 후단에는 유체의 유량 및 개폐를 조절하는 제2 밸브가 설치되고, 상기 압축기는 급유식 실린더를 적어도 한 개 포함하고, 2) 상기 우회밸브를 열고, 상기 제1 밸브 및 상기 제2 밸브를 닫는 단계; 3) 상기 열교환기에서 냉매로 사용되기 전의 증발가스가 상기 우회라인을 지나 상기 압축기에 의해 압축되는 단계; 및 4) 상기 압축기에 의해 압축된 증발가스의 일부 또는 전부를 상기 열교환기로 보내는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 압축기에 의해 압축되며 온도가 높아진 증발가스에 의해 응축 또는 응고된 윤활유를 녹이거나 점도를 낮춰 배출시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
