Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to: a catalyst obtained by supporting a complex of platinum and ruthenium (a PtRu complex) on porous silica, or a catalyst obtained by supporting a stacked complex of platinum and a transition metal TM (a Pt/TM stacked complex) on porous silica, wherein the catalyst is used in order to oxidatively decompose ethylene or a mercaptan compound in the presence of oxygen; a method for oxidative decomposition of ethylene or a mercaptan compound, the method involving bringing ethylene or a mercaptan compound and the catalyst into contact in the presence of oxygen and then oxidatively decomposing the ethylene or mercaptan compound; and a freshness-preserving agent for a food product, the freshness-preserving agent including the catalyst, wherein the freshness-preserving agent is used for preserving the freshness of the food product through being present together with the food product in the presence of oxygen. The present invention provides a catalyst that has the capability to decompose ethylene or mercaptan compounds, the catalyst being less expensive due to a reduction in the amount of platinum used and surpassing conventional silica-supported platinum catalysts.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un catalyseur obtenu en supportant un complexe de platine et de ruthénium (un complexe PtRu) sur de la silice poreuse, ou un catalyseur obtenu en supportant un complexe empilé de platine et d'un métal de transition TM (un complexe empilé Pt/TM) sur de la silice poreuse, le catalyseur étant utilisé pour décomposer par oxydation de l'éthylène ou un composé mercaptan en présence d'oxygène; un procédé de décomposition oxydative de l'éthylène ou d'un composé mercaptan, le procédé impliquant la mise en contact d'éthylène ou d'un composé mercaptan et du catalyseur en présence d'oxygène, puis la décomposition oxydative du composé d'éthylène ou de mercaptan; et un agent de conservation de fraîcheur pour un produit alimentaire, l'agent de conservation de fraîcheur comprenant le catalyseur, l'agent de conservation de fraîcheur étant utilisé pour préserver la fraîcheur du produit alimentaire par le fait qu'il est présent conjointement avec le produit alimentaire en présence d'oxygène. La présente invention concerne un catalyseur qui a la capacité de décomposer des composés d'éthylène ou de mercaptan, le catalyseur étant moins onéreux en raison d'une réduction de la quantité de platine utilisée et surpassant des catalyseurs au platine supportés par de la silice classiques.
(JA) 本発明は、多孔質シリカに白金とルテニウムの複合体(PtRu複合体)を担持させてなる触媒、又は多孔質シリカに白金及び遷移金属TMの積重ね複合体(Pt/TM積重ね複合体)を担持させてなる触媒であって、酸素の存在下、エチレン又はメルカプタン化合物を酸化分解するために用いる触媒;酸素の存在下、エチレン又はメルカプタン化合物とこの触媒とを接触させて、エチレン又はメルカプタン化合物を酸化分解する、エチレン又はメルカプタン化合物の酸化分解方法;この触媒を含む食品の鮮度保持剤であって、酸素の存在下、食品と共存させて食品の鮮度を保持するための鮮度保持剤に関する。本発明は、白金の使用量を低減することでより安価に、かつ従来のシリカ担持白金触媒を超える、エチレン又はメルカプタン化合物を分解する能力を有する触媒を提供する。
