Abstract:
(EN) This heater (1a) is provided with: a sheet-like support body (10) made of an organic polymer; a heating element (20); and a pair of power supply electrodes (30) that are in contact with the heating element (20). The heating element (20) is a transparent conductive film made of a polycrystalline material containing indium oxide as a main component. The heating element (20) in the heater (1a) has a resistivity of 1.4×10-4 Ω·cm to 3×10-4 Ω·cm. The thickness of the heating element (20) is greater than 20 nm and equal to or less than 100 nm.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de chauffage (1a) qui est pourvu : d'un corps de support en forme de feuille (10) constitué d'un polymère organique; d'un élément chauffant (20); et d'une paire d'électrodes d'alimentation électrique (30) qui sont en contact avec l'élément chauffant (20). L'élément chauffant (20) est un film conducteur transparent constitué d'un matériau polycristallin contenant de l'oxyde d'indium en tant que composant principal. L'élément chauffant (20) de l'appareil de chauffage (1a) a une résistivité de 1,4×10-4 Ω ·cm à 3×10-4 Ω ·cm. L'épaisseur de l'élément chauffant (20) est supérieure à 20 nm et inférieure ou égale à 100 nm.
