Abstract:
(EN) A heater member (1a) is provided with a support body (10), a heating element (20), and at least one pair of power supply electrodes (30). The support body (10) has a sheet-like shape and is made of an organic polymer. The heating element (20) is in contact with one main surface of the support body (10) and is made of a polycrystalline material containing indium oxide as a main component. The power supply electrodes (30) are in contact with one main surface of the heating element (20). The heating element (20) has a sheet resistance in the range of 10-150 Ω/□. The thickness of the heating element (20) is greater than 20 nm and equal to or less than 200 nm. The internal stress of the heating element (20) as measured by X-ray stress measurement is 500 MPa or less.
(FR) L'invention concerne un composant de chauffage (1a) pourvu d'un corps de support (10), d'un élément chauffant (20) et d'au moins une paire d'électrodes d'alimentation électrique (30). Le corps de support (10) présente une forme de type feuille et il est constitué d'un polymère organique. L'élément chauffant (20) est en contact avec une surface principale du corps de support (10) et il est constitué d'un matériau polycristallin contenant de l'oxyde d'indium en tant que composant principal. Les électrodes d'alimentation électrique (30) sont en contact avec une surface principale de l'élément chauffant (20). L'élément chauffant (20) a une résistance de couche comprise entre 10 et 150 Ω/□. L'épaisseur de l'élément chauffant (20) est supérieure à 20 nm et inférieure ou égale à 200 nm. La contrainte interne de l'élément chauffant (20) telle que mesurée par une mesure de contrainte par rayons X est inférieure ou égale à 500 MPa.
