Abstract:
(EN) A coupling structure is achieved for a plurality of shafts that constitute a torque transmission shaft, the coupling structure making it possible to secure torque transmission function even when a defect occurs in a weld section, and being intended to prevent separation of the shafts. Between a male joint 46 and a female shaft 30 that are mutually coupled, the outer peripheral surface of the male joint 46 is provided with an outer-peripheral-side protruding/recessed part 58 having a protruding/recessed shape in relation to the circumferential direction, and annular recessed grooves 57, and the inner peripheral surface of the female shaft 30 is provided with an inner-peripheral-side protruding/recessed part 41 having a protruding/recessed shape in relation to the circumferential direction, the outer-peripheral-side protruding/recessed part 58 and the inner-peripheral-side protruding/recessed part 41 being caused to engage in a recessed/protruding manner. Also, the outer peripheral surface of the male joint 46 is secured by welding to the end on one side in the axial direction of the female shaft 30, and an embossed part 62 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the female shaft 30 is disposed on the inner side of the annular recessed groove 57.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de couplage obtenue pour une pluralité d'arbres qui constituent un arbre de transmission de couple, la structure de couplage permettant de sécuriser une fonction de transmission de couple même lorsqu'un défaut se produit dans une section de soudure, et étant destinée à empêcher la séparation des arbres. Entre un joint mâle 46 et un arbre femelle 30 qui sont mutuellement couplés, la surface périphérique externe du joint mâle 46 est pourvue d'une partie saillante/renfoncée côté périphérique externe 58 ayant une forme saillante/renfoncée par rapport à la direction circonférentielle, et des rainures renfoncées annulaires 57, et la surface périphérique interne de l'arbre femelle 30 est pourvue d'une partie saillante/renfoncée côté périphérique interne 41 ayant une forme saillante/renfoncée par rapport à la direction circonférentielle, la partie saillante/renfoncée côté périphérique externe 58 et la partie saillante/renfoncée côté périphérique interne 41 étant amenées à venir en prise d'une manière renfoncée/saillante. De plus, la surface périphérique externe du joint mâle 46 est fixée par soudage à l'extrémité sur un côté dans la direction axiale de l'arbre femelle 30, et une partie gaufrée 62 formée sur la surface périphérique interne de l'arbre femelle 30 est disposée sur le côté interne de la rainure renfoncée annulaire 57.
(JA) 溶接部に欠陥が生じた場合にも、トルク伝達機能を確保することができ、かつ、シャフトの分離防止を図れる、トルク伝達用シャフトを構成する複数のシャフトの結合構造を実現する。互いに結合する雄ジョイント46と雌軸30とのうち、雄ジョイント46の外周面には、円周方向に関する凹凸形状の外周側凹凸部58と環状凹溝57とを設け、雌軸30の内周面には、円周方向に関する凹凸形状の内周側凹凸部41を設け、外周側凹凸部58と内周側凹凸部41とを凹凸係合させる。かつ、雄ジョイント46の外周面と雌軸30の軸方向一方側の端部とを溶接固定し、さらに、雌軸30の内周面に形成したエンボス部62を環状凹溝57の内側に配置する。
