Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide: a dispersion that can improve the light extraction efficiency of a light emitting device and that contains metal oxide particles having a refractive index of at least 1.7 and a surface-modifying material attached thereto; a composition that contains the dispersion; a sealing material that is formed using the composition; a light emitting device that has the sealing material; a lighting device and a display device that are provided with the light emitting device; and a method for producing the light emitting device. [Solution] Provided is a dispersion for sealing a light emitting element, wherein: the dispersion contains metal oxide particles having a refractive index of at least 1.7 and a surface-modifying material at least a portion of which is attached to the metal oxide particles; the particle diameter D50 of the metal oxide particles, which is the particle diameter when the cumulative percentage in the scattering intensity distribution provided by a dynamic light scattering technique is 50%, is 30 nm to 100 nm; and the content of the surface-modifying material not attached to the metal oxide particles, with reference to the content of the total of the metal oxide particles and the surface-modifying material, is not more than 60 mass%.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir : une dispersion qui peut améliorer l'efficacité d'extraction de lumière d'un dispositif électroluminescent et qui contient des particules d'oxyde métallique ayant un indice de réfraction d'au moins 1,7 et un matériau de modification de surface fixé à celles-ci; une composition qui contient la dispersion; un matériau d'étanchéité qui est formé à l'aide de la composition; un dispositif électroluminescent qui a le matériau d'étanchéité; un dispositif d'éclairage et un dispositif d'affichage qui sont dotés du dispositif électroluminescent; et un procédé de production du dispositif électroluminescent. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une dispersion pour étanchéifier un élément électroluminescent : la dispersion contenant des particules d'oxyde métallique ayant un indice de réfraction d'au moins 1,7 et un matériau de modification de surface dont au moins une partie est fixée aux particules d'oxyde métallique; le diamètre de particule D50 des particules d'oxyde métallique, qui est le diamètre de particule lorsque le pourcentage cumulatif dans la distribution d'intensité de diffusion fournie par une technique de diffusion de lumière dynamique qui est de 50 %, est de 30 nm à 100 nm; et la teneur du matériau de modification de surface non fixé aux particules d'oxyde métallique, en référence à la teneur du total des particules d'oxyde métallique et du matériau de modification de surface, n'est pas supérieure à 60 % en masse.
