Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a non-lead-type piezoelectric material in which the dissipation factor is minimized and both a favorable piezoelectric constant and a favorable mechanical quality factor are obtained. This piezoelectric material is characterized in having an Mn component and a main component composed of Perovskite-type metal oxide represented by general formula (1): Nax + s(1-y)(BiwBa1-s-w)1-yNbyTi1-yO3 (where 0.84 ≤ x ≤ 0.92, 0.84 ≤ y ≤ 0.92, 0.002 ≤ (w + s)(1-y) ≤ 0.035, 0.9 ≤ w/s ≤ 1.1), the amount of Mn contained being 0.01-1.00 mol% in relation to that of the Perovskite-type metal oxide.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau piézoélectrique du type sans plomb dans lequel le facteur de dissipation est réduit au minimum et une constante piézoélectrique favorable ainsi qu'un facteur de qualité mécanique favorable sont obtenus. Ce matériau piézoélectrique est caractérisé en ce qu'il contient un composant Mn et un composant principal composé d'oxyde métallique du type pérovskite représenté par la formule générale (1) : Nax+s(1-y)(BiwBa1-s-w)1-yNbyTi1-yO3 (dans laquelle 0,84 ≤ x ≤ 0,92, 0,84 ≤ y ≤ 0,92, 0,002 ≤ (w+s)(1-y) ≤ 0,035, 0,9 ≤ w/s ≤ 1,1), la quantité de Mn contenue étant de 0,01 à 1,00 % en moles par rapport à celle de l'oxyde métallique du type pérovskite.
(JA) 誘電正接を抑制し、圧電定数と機械的品質係数を両立した、非鉛型の圧電材料を提供する。 本発明の圧電材料は、一般式(1):Nax+s(1-y)(BiBa1-s-w1-yNbTi1-y(式中、 0.84≦x≦0.92、0.84≦y≦0.92、0.002≦(w+s)(1-y)≦0.035、0.9≦w/s≦1.1 )で表わされるペロブスカイト型金属酸化物よりなる主成分と、Mn成分とを有し、前記Mnの含有量が、前記ペロブスカイト型金属酸化物に対して0.01mol%以上1.00mol%以下であることを特徴とする。
