Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a carbon material which is capable of improving the cycle characteristics of an all-solid-state battery during charge and discharge of the all-solid-state battery. A carbon material which is contained in a positive electrode and/or a negative electrode for all-solid-state batteries using a solid electrolyte that has group 1 or group 2 ion conductivity, and wherein the ratio of the maximum peak height a within the 2θ range of from 24° (inclusive) to 28° (exclusive) to the maximum peak height b within the 2θ range of from 28° (inclusive) to 30° (exclusive), namely a/b is from 0.2 to 10.0 (inclusive) if the X-ray diffraction spectrum of a mixture of the carbon material and Si is measured, said carbon material and Si being mixed at a weight ratio of 1:1.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau carboné qui est capable d'améliorer les caractéristiques de cycle d'une batterie tout solide pendant la charge et la décharge de la batterie tout solide. Un matériau carboné qui est contenu dans une électrode positive et/ou une électrode négative pour des batteries tout solide à l'aide d'un électrolyte solide qui présente une conductivité ionique du groupe 1 ou du groupe 2, et le rapport de la hauteur de pic maximale a dans la plage de 2θ de 24° (inclus) à 28° (exclus) à la hauteur maximale de pic b dans la plage 2θ de 28° (inclus) à 30° (exclus), à savoir a/b étant de 0,2 à 10,0 (inclus) si le spectre de diffraction des rayons X d'un mélange du matériau carboné et de silicium est mesuré, ledit matériau carboné et le silicium étant mélangés selon un rapport pondéral de 1:1.
