Abstract:
(EN) A liquid-mixing apparatus (10) used in a liquid-mixing method comprises a plurality of supply valves (42) provided to a cylinder (50). The supply valves (42) make it possible to individually supply a plurality of types of liquids into a retention chamber (51). Each of the supply valves (42) is configured so as to be switchable between an open state, in which the interior of a supply channel (16) via which a liquid is supplied and the interior of the retention chamber (51) intercommunicate, and a closed state, in which communication between the supply channel (16) and the retention chamber (51) is blocked. A piston (52) moves in the direction in which the volume of the retention chamber (51) increases while at least one of the supply valves (42) is in the open state, whereby a liquid is drawn into the storage chamber (51).
(FR) Un appareil de mélange de liquide (10) utilisé dans un procédé de mélange de liquide comprend une pluralité de vannes d'alimentation (42) disposées sur un cylindre (50). Les vannes d'alimentation (42) permettent de fournir individuellement une pluralité de types de liquides dans une chambre de rétention (51). Chacune des vannes d'alimentation (42) est configurée de manière à pouvoir être commutée entre un état ouvert, dans lequel l'intérieur d'un canal d'alimentation (16) par l'intermédiaire de laquelle un liquide est fourni et l'intérieur de la chambre de rétention (51) communiquent entre eux, et un état fermé, dans lequel une communication entre le canal d'alimentation (16) et la chambre de rétention (51) est bloquée. Un piston (52) se déplace dans la direction dans laquelle le volume de la chambre de rétention (51) augmente tandis qu'au moins l'une des vannes d'alimentation (42) est dans l'état ouvert, ce par quoi un liquide est aspiré dans la chambre de stockage (51).
(JA) 液体混合方法で用いられる液体混合装置(10)は、シリンダ(50)に設けられて貯留室(51)内に複数種類の液体を個別に供給可能な複数の供給弁(42)を備える。各供給弁(42)は、液体を供給する供給通路(16)内と貯留室(51)内とが互いに連通した開状態と、供給通路(16)内と貯留室(51)内との連通が遮断された閉状態とに切り換え可能に構成されている。少なくとも1つの供給弁(42)の開状態で貯留室(51)内の容積が拡大する方向にピストン(52)が移動することにより貯留室(51)内に液体が吸引される。
