Abstract:
(EN) To reduce the effect of a steering operation on feeling. A rack bush (1) comprises: a bush body (2) that is accommodated in a cylindrical housing (4), supports a load exerted on a rack bar (5) while allowing the rack bar (5) to move in the direction of an axial center O, and can be extended and retracted in a radial direction; and an elastic ring (3) mounted on the bush body (2). The bush body (2) has a mounting groove (28) for mounting the elastic ring (3), the mounting groove (28) being formed peripherally in an outer peripheral surface (22), and the mounting groove (28) having a large-diameter part (280) where the circumferential radius of a groove bottom (28) is a first radius r1, and a small-diameter part (281) where said radius is a second radius r2 that is less than the first radius r1. This configuration allows the formation of an elastic ring protruding part (10), in which the elastic ring (3) protrudes greatly from the outer peripheral surface (22) of the bush body (2), and an elastic ring embedded part (11), in which the elastic ring (3) is embedded in the outer peripheral surface (22) of the bush body (2).
(FR) Afin de réduire l'effet d'une opération de direction sur la sensation. La présente invention a trait à une douille de crémaillère (1) comprenant: un corps de douille (2) qui est logé dans un boîtier cylindrique (4), supporte une charge exercée sur une barre de crémaillère (5) tout en permettant à la barre de crémaillère (5) de se déplacer dans la direction d'un centre axial O, et peut être étendu et rétracté dans une direction radiale; et un anneau élastique (3) monté sur le corps de douille (2). Le corps de douille (2) a une rainure de montage (28) pour monter la bague élastique (3), la rainure de montage (28) étant formée de manière périphérique dans une surface périphérique externe (22), et la rainure de montage (28) comportant une partie de grand diamètre (280) où le rayon circonférentiel d'un fond de rainure (28) est un premier rayon r1, et une partie de petit diamètre (281) où ledit rayon est un second rayon r2 qui est inférieur au premier rayon r1. Cette configuration permet de former une partie saillante de bague élastique (10), dans laquelle la bague élastique (3) fait saillie fortement depuis la surface périphérique externe (22) du corps de douille (2), et une partie incorporée de bague élastique (11), dans laquelle la bague élastique (3) est incorporée dans la surface périphérique externe (22) du corps de douille (2).
