Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for producing a heat exchanger, capable of securely joining flat tubes and fins by brazing. In a brazed layer-forming step, brazed layers (40) are respectively formed on flat tubes (20). In the following temporary assembling step, the flat tubes (20), on which the respective brazed layers (40) are formed, and fins (30) are alternately disposed, to thereby form a semi-finished product. In the following brazing step, the semi-finished product is heated to melt the brazed layers, whereby the flat tubes (20) and the fins (30) are joined.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'échangeur thermique, pouvant joindre solidement des tubes plats et des ailettes par brasage. Dans une étape de formation de couches brasées, des couches brasées (40) sont respectivement formées sur des tubes plats (20). Dans l'étape d'assemblage temporaire suivante, les tubes plats (20), sur lesquels sont formées les couches brasées (40) respectives, et des ailettes (30) sont disposés en alternance, pour former de ce fait un produit semi-fini. Dans l'étape de brasage suivante, le produit semi-fini est chauffé pour fondre les couches brasées, de telle manière que les tubes plats (20) et les ailettes (30) sont joints.
(JA) 扁平管とフィンをロウ付けによって確実に接合できる熱交換器の製造方法を提供する。ロウ層形成工程において、ロウ層(40)を扁平管(20)に形成する。次の仮組工程において、ロウ層(40)が形成された扁平管(20)とフィン(30)とを交互に配置して半製品を形成する。次のロウ付け工程において、半製品を加熱してロウ層を溶融させることによって、扁平管(20)とフィン(30)を接合する。
