Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for manufacturing a steel component in which it is possible to easily manufacture a steel component having suitable surface hardness. A quenching/tempering step is performed at least once using steel that contains, in percent by mass, 0.25-1.10% of C, 0.25-0.80% of Si, 0.80-3.00% of Mn, and 0.05-1.20% of Al, said step involving a quenching process and a tempering process being performed in the stated order at a temperature of at least the A1 transformation temperature and no more than 850°C. The quenching process includes a nitrogen-immersion quenching process to set the surface nitrogen concentration to at least 0.8%. Grain refining is performed after the quenching/tempering step.
(FR) L'invention fournit un procédé de fabrication de composant en acier qui permet de fabriquer aisément un composant en acier doté d'une dureté de surface adéquate. Le procédé de l'invention met en œuvre un acier possédant, en % en masse, 0,25 à 1,10% de C, 0,25 à 0,80% de Si, 0,80 à 3,00% de Mn et 0,05 à 1,20% de Al, et est tel qu'est effectuée au moins une fois une étape de trempe et revenu au cours de laquelle un traitement de trempe et un traitement de revenu sont exécutés dans l'ordre à une température supérieure ou égale au point de transformation et inférieure ou égale à 850°C vis-à-vis de cet acier. Le traitement de trempe inclut un traitement de trempe par nitruration conférant une concentration en azote superficielle supérieure ou égale à 0,8%. En outre, un traitement d'affinage structural est effectué après l'étape de trempe et revenu.
(JA) 適正な表面硬さを有する鋼部品を容易に製造できる鋼部品の製造方法を提供する。質量%で、C:0.25~1.10%、Si:0.25~0.80%、Mn:0.80~3.00%、Al:0.05~1.20%を有する鋼を用い、当該鋼に対してA1変態点以上850℃以下の焼入れ処理及び焼戻し処理が順に施される焼入れ焼戻し工程を少なくとも1回行い、焼入れ処理は、表面窒素濃度を0.8%以上とする浸窒焼入れ処理を含み、焼入れ焼戻し工程の後に結晶粒微細化処理を行う。
